ENTERTAINMENT
Mauldin offers many entertainment options throughout the year. From our annual Egg Drop at Sunset Park to our traditional Christmas Parade on West Butler and Beachin' Fridays, people from near and far join us every year. Here, you'll also find some of the best local restaurants and parks.
Children have many great playgrounds to choose from, including an enclosed, accessible and sensory playground for special needs kids. Our five parks have numerous picnic areas, basketball courts, baseball fields, picnic shelters and trails. Speaking of trails, recently, Mauldin became a part of the Swamp Rabbit Trail extension, which will include a pedestrian bridge over Interstate 385! Currently, this trails is 22 miles long and connects Travelers Rest to Greenville. Bordering Mauldin is Conestee Park, which is the home of a 45,000sqft dog park, Greenville Little League, Greenville Dirt Series, and the annual Get Out Greenville festival.
Mauldin also offers many youth and adults sports programs. Our City is the proud home to The Mauldin Miracle League, an organized youth baseball league for athletes have physical & developmental challenges.
In October of 2020, Mauldin's Ray W. Hopkins Senior Center reopened its doors after going through a renovation. The building meets the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) requirements and along with hallway widening, kitchen and bathroom renovations, it has gained an elevator.
